Joint Director SCERT, Kashmir, Shams-ud-Din Bhat Bats For Better Work Culture

Joint Director, SCERT, Shams-ud-Din Bhat paid a visit to the Bemina office today and held an interactive session with the staff here. 

He impressed upon a better work culture and told the staff to work dedicatedly towards making the SCERT an important functionary to serve the cause of education.
